Plot Summary
The film follows the life of Chulbul Pandey, a corrupt but fearless police officer in a small town of Uttar Pradesh. He has a troubled relationship with his stepfather and stepbrother, who resent him for his mother's love. He also has a rivalry with a local politician, Cheddi Singh, who wants to exploit the town's resources and people. Chulbul falls in love with Rajjo, a potter's daughter, who supports him in his fight against Cheddi Singh. Chulbul also has to deal with his past, which involves his first love Nirmala and her father Prajapati Pandey, who is also his stepfather.
